Dipped in the green Tuscan hills nearby the ancient town of Cortona, this Villa enjoys a strategic location from which all best know art cities and towns such as Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Sansepolcro, Montalcino, Pienza, Castiglion del Lago, Gubbio and Assisi may be easily reached. The villa standing at the centre of an imposing park dates back to the 18th century and consists of the large ancient master’s villa, a green-house, lemon-house and a family chapel.
The villa is today part of the Italian Historic Building Association and protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage.
The villa is still inhabited by the owners and rented to guests for both longer and short periods. Guests may enjoy here relaxing stays in a place rich in history and culture and behold the beauty of a unique landscape.
The Villa complex consists of a main residence accommodating rental apartments, the apartment of the owner, the greehouse-lemohouse, a private chapel and a cottage located at the back of the Villa and at the foot of the holm-oak walk.
Both apartments located within the Villa, and two rooms in the cottage are available for rent. Apartments are located on the second floor of the building and may be accessed from the main entrance through the large interior staircase.
The cottage is located at the back of the Villa and provided with private access.All guests will be able to take pleasent walks along the footpaths of the park, relax in the swimming-pool and enjoy evening cookouts with the provided barbecue.
The Villa can accommodate up to 23 people.
